The reference concerns a mixed-use building in Ljubljana with 25 apartments and commercial space. Its archived scope includes primary heat generation, a borehole heat pump, heating circuits, room heating and shading.
Metering of electricity, water and thermal energy supports the building's energy-management and apartment billing processes through ElnetWEB+. The project also lists Akuvox entrance/access functions, Inthouse supervision, Siemens Climatix controllers and selected Symaro/Acvatix field equipment. Facial-recognition and other access functions require appropriate configuration and data-protection safeguards.
