Room automation across 38 residential apartments
The project archive describes a mixed-use property with residential and commercial spaces. Each of the 38 apartments has a Siemens Synco Living room-control system for blinds, radiator heating, fan-coil heating and cooling, timed circulation-pump operation and selected bathroom underfloor-heating functions.
In the commercial part, Siemens Desigo PX equipment manages energy preparation, heating and cooling sources, air-handling units and room regulation in the offices. Symaro devices are used at field level.
