Integrated building services in the OCV 3 facility
The archived case study describes automation at the OCV 3 building operated by Dravske elektrarne Maribor, including technical areas important for power-station operations. The control concept combines energy-generation equipment with room-level functions and supervisory monitoring.
Plant-room control
The described scope includes switching between energy sources, domestic hot-water preparation, heat pumps and heating and cooling distribution. It also covers control of building water-pumping systems.
Room and support functions
The archive lists fan-coil control, floor heating, ventilation, lighting, blinds, brise-soleil and weather-station integration. Specific tasks include telecommunications-room monitoring, air-conditioning integration and concrete-core temperature control.
The historical equipment overview refers to Desigo Insight V4.0 at management level, Siemens Climatix DDC controllers and Symaro/Acvatix field products.
