Flexible entry options

Depending on the model, supported access methods include app-based unlocking, RFID, PIN, QR credentials, Bluetooth or face recognition. Not every model supports every method.

02

SmartPlus for residents

Residents can answer video calls and unlock doors from their smartphone where the SmartPlus service has been configured and licensed.

03

Property management platform

The SmartPlus cloud portal provides tools for authorised property managers to manage users, access rules, sites and devices.

04

Model selection

Examples include the Akuvox X915, R29, E16, E18, E12 and A05 families, plus indoor monitors such as X933 and C313.

Smart entry for houses and larger buildings

Akuvox video intercom systems combine entrance devices, indoor monitors, network communication and, on supported models, mobile or cloud services. They can be used in single-family homes, apartment buildings, commercial properties and managed complexes.

Choose the system according to the building

Product examplesTypical role
X915, R29Premium entrance panels for selected multi-user buildings

X933, C313Indoor monitors for selected apartments and rooms

Supported options may include two-way video calls, RFID, PIN, app unlocking, QR credentials or facial recognition. Features differ between models and firmware versions; biometric processing requires particular attention to privacy and the applicable legal basis.

Cloud and mobile access

Where SmartPlus and related services are supported and licensed, users may answer entrance calls remotely, while authorised property managers can administer selected users, permissions and devices. Cloud functionality depends on connectivity, service availability and product selection.
